In July of 2016, Dakota Business Solutions (DBS) was incorporated by Kelly Heinert in Bismarck, North Dakota. Before that, Heinert spent 22 years building countless business relationships across North and South Dakota. Dakota Business Solutions was created based on the need for local representation to companies for their mailing software, mailroom equipment, and shipping software. Heinert continues to build the business with a strong reputation for providing quality products backed by a strong commitment to local customer service.
The success of the company allowed for expansion into eastern North Dakota, as well as western and northern Minnesota with the DBS East team in full operation by November of 2017. Heinert joined this business venture with Steve Jacobson who brings superior representation to this region with his sales and service staff. Jacobson has been in the mailing industry for 19 years and has 37 years of sales experience. DBS East brings easy, quality service to the area with a full team of experienced technicians and knowledgeable sales staff.
